Only Representative Service

AKF allow the Only Representative Service to all non EU companies who want to submit their substances registration. EU. Companies can apply for this service if they want to change their Only Representative.

The Only Representative will prepare and submit the registration information to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).

The Only Representative can participate in the Substance Information Exchange Forum (SIEF) for this chemical, following the end of the pre-registration period. Once the SIEF determines the information package required to support registration, the Only Representative can arrange, prepare and submit the registration dossier.

Only Representative Service for REACH registration:

On-call access to REACH experts for support of REACH registration related questions
Participation in the SIEF, including contact and coordination with SIEF members
Data exchange and evaluation
Negotiation with SIEF and Consortium members
Submission of registration applications
Collection and submission of technical dossiers
Creation and submission of safety data sheets (SDSs)
Creation and submission of chemical safety reports (CSRs)
Notification to the ECHA of quantities of products manufactured/imported and related risk assessments
Communication concerning substances to downstream users
